So why do you need to use Lotus hand towels in Lotus dispensers? Its quite simple the standard and more commonly available Z-folds are just a little bit too wide. Lotus have designed their Marathon dispensers so only their products fit.
Clever really but not good if you already have the Lotus dispensers as you are limited to one type of product.
